Owned and managed by Tavia
Charmange (Sue).
Rosen Stables is a racing Arabian horse breeding farm, with an extensive string of racers. Her at-home trainer is Antio, a trainer who is in high demand.
The building site is situated in the woods, well off the main road away from prying eyes. There are three big main barns, two of old brick construction and suitably modernized on the inside with everything someone would want in a stable, the third is brand new, and will house the young horses being trained. The other two are divided into mares and stallions, with extra stalls in the stallion barn for youngstock.
Most of the mares are kept in one of the pastures, of which there are three, with smaller paddock areas by the barns and around the main yard.
Across from the two older barns, which sit side by side, is the grand old house that Tavia inherited, three, three and a half stories, with an open porch supported by columns wrapping around the front of the house, and a balcony also wrapping around above it.
The new barn sits on the far side of the driveway, to the side of the barns and the house. The pastures and building site are surrounded by woods, with a small stream, pond, and meadows.
